“We’ve heard countless stories of businesses trying to work with nameless, faceless management teams that are hundreds of miles away, and how challenging it is to get anything done. We aim for same-day responses to any issues that pop up. It’s a level of support our tenants rave about!"

“Planet Perk Coffee Houses has been at its City Center location for 16 years and we have enjoyed every minute of it. City Center has helped us through two expansions and two remodels that were completed quickly and very well. The City Center team is always responsive and takes very good care of us. What we appreciated most was the support we received during COVID. I can’t enough positive things about the management and maintenance staff. We look forward to being here another 16 years and more.”

In the late 1960s, the president of the Miles Kimball Company, Ted Leyhe and Mrs. Kimball brought well-known Architect Welton Becket to Oshkosh. He was chosen to design what is one of the first central business district enclosed malls.
Mr. Becket’s trademark designs are shown throughout the building. These signature styles include a 5-story glass-filled center court, specially colored concrete inside and out, teak floors, and a 2-story parking ramp.
In its prime, the Oshkosh Park Plaza Mall held all the major retailers, such as Sears, JCPenny’s, and Prange’s as well as all the small retailers that typically filled almost every mall in the U.S. As malls have faded into history, the building that once housed the Oshkosh Park Plaza Mall was purchased by developers who dreamed of revitalizing this expansive facility and turn it into a robust, thriving community of businesses. This adaptive reuse project began in the early 2000s to repurpose the mall into Class A office space.
Today, City Center Oshkosh hosts many businesses such as 4Imprint, Arts for Kids daycare, Becket’s Restaurant, Quill Creative, E-Power Marketing, Reflections of Grace dance studio, Social Security Local Office, and The Shops at City Center, which include Caramel Crisp, Mara’s Brazilian Cuisine, Planet Perk, Trillium Salon, and UFIT.
