How it works

Becoming a Tenant

Number 1

Request a Tour

The first step to becoming a City Center Oshkosh tenant is to come see the commercial spaces available to rent for yourself. This is a crucial step, as Jess, the City Center manager, will ask questions about how you are using your current space, the ways you envision using a new space, and can talk through ways you can customize a space within the City Center to meet your needs.

Number 2

Dream About Your Space

After your tour, Jess develops a rough floor plan of what your space could look like. Once you feel comfortable with where things are heading, a rough estimate for the build-out is developed to help you plan.

Number 3

Sign a Letter of Intent

A letter of intent is drafted and signed with an estimated office build-out cost and your lease fees.

Number 4

Bids & Timelines Developed

Once a letter of intent is signed, we’ll get to work on developing a full build-out cost and expected timelines. You are welcome to use our general contractor or bring in your own team.

Number 5

Lease Signed

Once a build-out plan is approved, it’s lease signing time!

Number 6

Buildout Begins

Upon receiving a signed lease, our team will begin working on your office build-out. The construction process is an exciting time when your dreams begin to be actualized. Prepare for many updates along the way and some questions as we finalize things. As with any project, there are always a handful of changes or slight shifts, and our team keeps you updated at every step of the way. During build out, there are also storage opportunities within the City Center for you to start bringing supplies and furniture for your new space.

Number 7

Move in!

After the the build out is complete, it’s time to move in and make the space feel like home. During move in and throughout your time as a City Center tenant, you have direct access to a highly-communicative on-site management team that aims to respond to maintenance requests the same day.
